Happy Camper

Last weekend I went on a camping / hiking adventure with some friends. I’m not going to lie I don’t go camping very often, this was my first time out this year. I had a lot of fun and my good friend Amy Victoria was kind enough to snap some photos for me so I could share this outfit with all of you! It may be summer time but in the mountains at night it can get a little chilly, especially when there’s rain in the forecast. A warm sweater is always a good thing to have as well as some extra layers to change into when needed.

This outfit consists of an awesome shirt I recently picked up at Urban Outfitters. It’s loose fitting but still flattering and that is very important. Sometimes baggy clothing can end up making you look bigger than you actually are and nobody really wants that. This Aztec sweater that I found at Forever 21 last fall is one of my favourites, It’s a little to warm to be worn in the summer but come fall it will be getting a lot of wear. These boots are the latest addition to my ever growing collection. I picked them up at Little Burgundy and I couldn’t be any happier with them, they are great colour and have proven to be quite comfortable! Last of all this awesome beaded necklace from northbirchgrove! I love that it’s hand made and it compliments the rest of the outfit perfectly!
