I’ve owned these brown booties for a while now and this is the first time i’ve ever worn them with jeans. I was actually a little surprised by how well they complimented the outfit. Because they are shorter boots, they almost have a bit of an oxford vibe to them and I love that! I was going for a bit of a preppy look with this outfit, it’s been a while since i’ve worn anything like this so I figured it was time. This sweater is from Romewe.com I love the cute pattern on it. I decided to layer it over a denim button down because it’s still pretty cold here in Calgary so the more layers the better!

I absolutely love the snow, it makes for such a pretty backdrop.
As for the outfit, as usual, I love it. It is so very unique and something I wouldn’t think of putting together myself (not because I don’t like it, but because my style is completely different.) This is why I love style blogs.. you can always learn from other bloggers and improve your own style. Not to be gushing or anything, this is what I really think.

This sweater is super cute! I have always wanted one like it.
PS. Your hair so long! Love it!
I have a pair of boots like yours and love how they look with jeans. There’s some wonderful layering going on here too. The denim shirt is perfect underneath this wintry sweater. So cute!
Awe you’re sweet! Thank you!
Do you have any tips for your denim shirt underneath a sweater? I find that mine tends to feel a bit bulky. Thanks!
Ya just make sure the shirt underneath is tight enough and if the sweater is also reasonably tight it shouldn’t end up being too bulky!
