I’m a big fan of rich and dark colours. Even in the spring and summer I often stay away from pastel and bright coloured clothing. When I found this dress at Forever 21 it was love at first sight. This colour is awesome! It might even be one of my new favourite colours, after mustard yellow and brown of course! I love the fit of this dress, it’s loose but still has a bit of shape to it. I also love the crocheted detailing on the sleeves, it adds a little something extra to the dress.
To really make the dress the focus of the outfit I paired it with all black accessories from my hat to my boots. I know I’ve been wearing this hat a lot lately but it just goes so well with everything that it’s hard not to.

I love the color of the dress! I tend to go for darker colors too. 🙂
