I love mixing my winter and summer wardrobes. It’s really satisfying to be able to wear an article of clothing all year round. It also gives you a reason to keep everything in your closet rather than boxing up things that are out of season. Needless to say, it’s a good thing that i’m moving soon. The new place has a bigger closet and I really need it. When I box clothing up and put it away I tend to forget about it and then it doesn’t get worn. That is a tragedy in my opinion.
This look is some of my old and new favourite pieces of clothing combined. This cardigan by Volcom is from last winter and it’s pretty awesome. I’m glad that the weather has been mild enough lately and that I was able to bring it back into circulation at least for a little while.
This hat by Goorin Bros is one of my new favourites. I love that it has a bit of a distressed look to it and that it’s leather. Not to mention, Goorin Bros is my favourite hat company.
These shorts by machine have become a staple in my summer wardrobe. They are ridiculously comfortable and are the perfect length, so I end up wearing them a lot.
