Although it’s starting to warm up now, it’s been really cold in Calgary these past few weeks. The cold weather makes taking photos outdoors a lot less desirable, but I did manage to get these. Luckily for me, this vest is pretty warm. I think that this look has a very outdoorsy Canadian vibe to it. I would probably throw on a different pair of boots if I was out exploring, but I think you get the idea. While shooting these photos we saw a couple of people out cross country skiing and snow shoeing in the park. I’d never really thought about doing that before and it seems like a great way to get exercise without even leaving the city!

I love that people were skiing through the park! It doesn’t get as cold as it looks in your pictures where I live, but it still gets chilly. It is definitely hard to shoot anything when all you want to do is wear your big coats all day every day! This outfit is super cute though, I’m loving that vest!
