The cold weather doesn’t have to prevent you from wearing items that you might think are only meant for the summer. I like to wear dresses and yes the occasional romper during winter months. It’s as easy as adding a pair of tights or leggings to keep your legs warm. That being said, I don’t do this when it’s really really cold. Here in Calgary we occasionally get these warm winds that come from the Rocky Mountains called chinooks. They make it feel like spring is here, and when this happens, I try and take full advantage of it.
Needless to say Calgary has been having very moderate temperatures lately, so I decided to style this velvet romper by Lush. This is very outside of the norm for me, from the colour to the style. I like to try something different every now and then!
