A few weeks ago we went camping out on Abraham Lake. It was absolutely gorgeous out there, and the weather was basically perfect. I’ve never been out to this area before, so it was really cool to check it out, and camp somewhere new! Not to mention, the drive down from Calgary is incredibly beautiful. The stretch of road called the Ice fields parkway that connects Banff to Jasper, is absolutely breathtaking! It made the trip that much more enjoyable.
Because the weather in the mountains can be unpredictable and can change at any moment, it’s always good to be prepared. Layering is essential, especially this time of year, when the temperature cools down in the evenings.
