My personal M.O is all about showing yourself love first, so that you have some left to give to others. There are so many different ways to show yourself love but my favourite is spending time alone. I like to read a book and have a drink- coffee it’s in the AM, haha. I also like to write in a journal. This gives me a break from the stresses of everyday life, and helps me cope with difficult tasks or situations a lot easier than I would otherwise!
