Eclipse

This shawl is my attempt to add a little more colour into my wardrobe. It’s finally spring after all and it could use a little freshening up! I kept the rest of the outfit pretty dark but that’s the way I like it! I find that if I get too crazy with colours I don’t always love the end result. In the past I’ve really tried to  step out of my comfort zone and add colours that I don’t normally wear into my closet. Sometimes this works and sometimes I just end up not wearing the items again. So while it is great to try new things, some times it’s not always worth the risk. You really need to think about wearability when purchasing new items. I try to do this with everything I buy. If I don’t think I will wear something often enough than I try not to buy it.
